Shipping: We, at Coral Sea Scuba, will ship as soon as possible Monday through Friday, except holidays. We try our best to get your items to you as soon as possible, but sometimes the shipping companies will be closed for holidays and weekends. Please keep this in mind when ordering. We are NOT responsible for the item after we ship; we cannot control the shipping companies, as far as the days they close for holidays or weekends. We will do our best to get items shipped out in a timely manner.
International shipping: Coral Sea Scuba will ship worldwide. The buyer is responsible for all customs and taxes on items. We recommend you check with your country’s customs before ordering. To keep your shipping costs down, we offer USPS International Shipping. Please remember that the tracking information with USPS is not step-by-step tracking. Once it leaves the US, it is no longer tracked until delivery. If you need full tracking, please upgrade to Priority International. If you pick the Flat Rate or First Class option, there will not be any tracking number available. If you order items separately to avoid paying import duty or taxes, please separate the orders by 24 or more hours. Multiple orders for the same individual may be combined unless you order them more than one business day apart or include instructions not to combine them.
Return policy: Returns are accepted. The item must be in the same condition that it was in before shipping: UNUSED, with tags and invoice in the box, and must be shipped back within 30 days of receiving the item(s). A restocking fee of 15% of the total cost for items returned may be waived if the item is in perfect resell-able condition upon return. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping and for the shipping to receive an exchange. However, if there is an error on our part, we will cover the shipping fee. This does not include size exchanges. If you wish to cancel an order completely, notify us as soon as possible to receive a full refund.
To return an item, just follow the simple directions below and we’ll take care of the rest!
Refund rejections: If the items are unable to be resold as new: if the item has been USED, incurred smoke odor, dirty, damaged, with animal dander/fur, or missing packaging we will not accept the returns. Also, if it has been more than 30 days since you received the item and/or the original packaging is lost, we cannot accept returns.
